They are not responding tonuser ticket properly and the billing pdf is not being generated nor does it show the GST amount charged in the charging session summary. My refund is pending for weeks now, the otp is not being generated for then login.

Many charging stations do not allow or shut for public charging. - Many do not work. - sometimes it's stops charging and we are stranded - charzer support response time is long Remember: EV culture can fail if EV stations set a unreliable un dependable conditions. EV owners are highly depended on these stations and plan according to the locations and it should be fool proof. Hope you guys fix it. Would love to come back and change ratings to 5.

2022-01-05	Kr*****	Good effort however has scope for improvement, especially the map filters for finding the EV stations is limited to a max range of 100 KM, it would be better to have option to see all stations and then apply filters as needed.
