Easy to use when all connections are working. Seems to be sorted after almost a month of erratic behaviour. Trust is built on reliability.

Useless app and useless UX when your credit card expires and you get a new card. Impossible to first delete the old card. Impossible to update expiry date. Impossible to see which card is new and which is old when adding the new card. They phoned me and gave me a workaround for their lack of proper functionality. Guess what, it didn't work. Honestly pathetic.
