2024-11-21	Za*****	Good things: You can see your timetable for many weeks in advance+the dashboard is nice and simple. Bad things: Viewing tasks may sound simple but this app somehow makes it difficult; portrait or landscape, most if not all of the text written by teachers is cut off, forcing me to use the website. The touch sensitivity is extremely poor which ruins the app for me. Trying to veiw the timetable takes what feels like years off my life-you don't want this in a busy environment at school! Do Better.

2023-09-05	An*****	It's very rare that I leave a negative review for an app, but this Firefly client is genuinely awful. The performance is excruciatingly poor (I often have to wait multiple seconds before a tab change is registered), the user interface is ugly, notifications are unreliable, and the majority of actions just send you to the browser page - what's even the point of a mobile app then? Clearly all mobile efforts have been focused on the iOS app. Please either make the API public or finally refactor!
It's very rare that I leave a negative review for an app, but this Firefly client is genuinely awful. 2022-11-08	Ch*****	I could bear with this app. I could use it to do my homework and have 103 overdue tasks. But I cannot bear with this new version, it's so bad. I update the app that worked perfectly fine, and when I next go on it everything has been overhauled and looks like the user experience as degreased by 10 years. It's not smooth or clean and the lines look almost blurry. Everything is harder to use and everyone hates it. Why man.

It is now more privacy intrusive than before with the permissions that it wants access to and the latest UI change has made some parts of the app not work properly like the timetable not switching between days when swiping or the preview of the day skip the next lesson you have and going for the 2 lessons after that. I hope this could be fixed but it seems impossible that this will be fixed.

2022-05-27	He*****	Issue with the newest version The app was OK originally but has since taken a nose dive in usability, it is impossible to load reliably, and often crashes all together. I really try to use it, but the interface is confusing, and often does not work intuitively. I would recommend just sticking to the website.

The tasks are also view with WiFi and simply just redirects you to the actual website task, unlike IOS where the task message is stored in the device for later viewing. 2022-03-22	Ga*****	Ever since my last review, the app has improved, the app is not slow or laggy anymore, and better to use in general. Faster response times which makes it easier to use, you can now see task descriptions and attachments in app, which is a big bonus. A lot of improvement recently, really happy. But the UI could do with an update or some options as everything is still rather large looking and requires a lot of scrolling if you want to check a timetable/planner. Other than that great! Thanks!

It crashes all the time. Just rollback and update. Please and thank you. Thanks for your response. The update is still rubbish and doesn't work (and looks awful) so I am using APKPure, installed Version 1.2 and all runs perfectly!

2022-03-03	Ja*****	idk what's happened to this app but it's so glitchy; the only thing that still works and is useful is that fact I can see my timetable. i can't view new tasks set without being kicked off and when I send photo files on the app it glitches out and I can't return back to the menu or mark the task as done so I have to go onto my actual school website firefly
