Infuriating! The app is supposed to allow you to analyze videos and record the analysis but the video NEVER saved. It creates a faulty MP4 file that is ONLY audio. "Support" is an apparently unmonitored email address and "help" is a completely useless manual that assumes the app is working correctly. It does NOT. Completely trash and they stole $10 from me for thinking it might work as intended if I upgraded to the paid version. F U Firecracker Software!
