Fire Mobile

Fire Mobile is an application for organisations that use the Fire Contact Centre Platform.
The app enables authorised users to access contact centre functionality from their mobile device, allowing them to stay connected with their organisation’s customer communications while away from their desktop.
Users can:
• Sign in securely to their organisation’s Fire Contact Centre account
• Access contact centre services from a mobile device
• Manage customer communications and interactions
• View information relevant to active contact centre activity
• Stay connected while working remotely or on the move
Fire Contact Centre is intended for business users whose organisation has an active Fire Contact Centre Platform account. An existing account and appropriate permissions are required to use the app.
This application is a mobile client for the Fire Contact Centre Platform and is not intended for general consumer use.
