However, wrong order was delivered. They then agreed to replace the order and they took another 1.5 hours to re deliver the right product which is at 11 am. 2022-02-06	As*****	The App is very user friendly and the delivery service is greatly appreciated. There seems to be a minor bug in the app - the state mentioned in the customer's address is defaulting to Tamil Nadu even if we order from another state. P.S. Only pin code & map location is provided by the customer. State is selected automatically. Doesn't hamper the delivery service though.

2022-01-12	Ar*****	YOUR PERSONAL DATA NOT SAFE. My account attached to phone has stranger's name. When complained, no response/explanation. They requested my email to update the issue status but added that email to the problem account. Based on the events/info I believe it is a PII policy breach, anyone else facing the same, flag this app in Play Store.

2021-07-10	Sh*****	Ever since the app upgraded to new version it been a nightmare to use this app. 98% of the time it gives OTP error. If my chance I am able to login then I can't order as the list of addresses is endless. It has replicated my old address umpteen no of times.

2021-06-09	Ja*****	The "new and updated" version of your app is a nuisance. I have to uninstall and install it every single time. Addresses are shown multiple times, past orders aren't even mine, payments aren't updated. Would give this a zero rating, if it was there.

No proper customer response, Irregular stock management, everything that is post ordering is a complete nonsense. I agree with quality but when you order for delivery that's where there is a total mishap and goofed up responses. Store managers never even bothered to pick a call. NO SPOILERS!! SHOULD RESTRICT ONLY TO TENDERCUTS!! NO MORE FIPOLA!

2021-05-05	Ba*****	Initially they were really good in terms of authenticity. Today, I could see considerable amount of deviation in authenticity. The quantity of the items is not the same for what we pay. I escalated about this today. No use. However, I still recommend if one can go to outlet in person and collect the stuffs after checking the weight of the product.

From local chicken vendor delivery is 10-15 mins using most apps, and in fipola slot alloted is 2 hrs. Hope this experience about Fipola app useful. Alerted on the use. Order was delivered 1.45 after following up from 12.30. Imagine the time without follow up. Uninstalling the App.
