2021-01-16	Fa*****	I made room booking using this app and paid full amount. However i was call and informed that the room was double book due to system error and was promised that the money will be refunded asap. Alas i only managed to get the refund after more than 3 weeks, made a couple of follow up, plus the refund made was deducted rm12 for processing fee, for accommodation that i didnt stay and error i didnt make. Terrible services!
