FinalWork: Time & Task Tracker

FinalWork lets you track your team's working hours, tasks and leave in one app. Time tracking, task tracking, staff attendance and leave management without paper, spreadsheets or group chats: who is working, who is on a break, which job is done — all on your phone, live.

Restaurants, clinics, shops, offices, construction sites, salons, pharmacies, schools, warehouses… Built for every industry and every team size. Setup takes 30 seconds. Your staff don't need to sign up — you add them.

FOR EMPLOYERS
• Live status: See who is working, on a break or on leave, on one screen, in real time.
• Personal timeline: Tap an employee to see their whole day.
• Task tracking: Assign daily, weekly, monthly and one-off tasks; see who completed them and read their notes.
• Ready-made task lists: Get started in minutes with task libraries for 50 business types.
• Leave management: Approve annual, sick and personal leave requests, or decline them with a reason.
• Timesheets and reports: Working hours, late starts and early finishes, per person or for the whole team. Share as PDF in one tap.
• Instant alerts: Shift started, break taken, shift ended, leave requested — on your phone and, if you like, in Telegram.
• Team messages: Send an announcement in one tap and see who has read it.
• Weekly work schedule: Set everyone's working days and hours (shifts) and share them as a schedule card.
• Roles and titles: Add managers and give employees coloured title labels.
• Multiple businesses: Run each branch in its own workspace and switch between them in one tap.

FOR EMPLOYEES
• Clock in, take a break and clock out with one tap; the timer runs live.
• See your tasks, complete them and add notes.
• Send leave requests from your phone and get notified of the decision.
• See your own hours and report.

CLIENT TRACKING
Dietitians, life coaches, trainers and teachers can assign tasks to their clients and follow their progress just as easily.

LOCATION AND PRIVACY
Location is only collected if the employer turns it on, and only when you clock in, take or end a break, and clock out. There is no background location tracking. Your data is never sold.
