HOW IT WORKS

Pick your brain state (soup? okay? actually functional today?), then choose how you want to start:

• Random pick — let the app decide. No decisions required.
• Dice roll — one of your tasks, randomly assigned. Done.
• 5-minute mode — commit to just 5 minutes. You can stop after. Really.
• Show me options — see a short list. You pick, we don't judge.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

No streaks. Streaks punish bad brain days and reward the wrong thing.

No guilt. If you couldn't do it, the app has a "couldn't do it" button. That's not failure — that's data.

No toxic positivity. The affirmations in this app were written by someone who actually has ADHD. "Done. That one was fighting you and you won." Not "Amazing superstar!! 🌟"

Off-day mode. When your brain is soup, the app backs off. You get one tiny thing, or nothing. Your call.
