App doesn't work while changing pin in registration process.

How am I suppose to register on this app, trying to enter it but it keeps dnying me the entry. Validated my number with but I don't seem to get any further than that.

I am trying to register the app. It shows that the mobile and SMS have been validated, but it shows the next screen as entering my old pin and setting a new pin. This is strange because there is no option for forgetting mpin to set it. How to set up MPIN to use the app?
