FiloKare: Filo Yönetimi

FiloKare is a fleet management application that allows businesses to manage their vehicle and construction equipment fleets from a single location. It shows not only the location of the vehicle, but also how much it cost you and when it's due for maintenance.

Your account is created by your company manager; you log in directly using the link in the invitation email. Businesses wishing to familiarize themselves with the product can request a 15-day trial from within the application.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Fleet on a single screen: The panel collects open alerts and missing records by subject. Overdue maintenance, expired policies, and upcoming inspections are all visible at a glance. • Vehicle card: Insurance, inspection, maintenance, tire, and damage status all on one card; registration information, documents, and record history. • Maintenance plans: One plan is assigned to multiple vehicles. Periods are tracked by mileage, engine hours, or date; you receive reminders for maintenance that is due. • Insurance and inspection: Policies and TÜVTÜRK, exhaust, and tachograph inspection dates are kept on a vehicle basis; reminders are sent as they approach expiration. • Fuel: The fuel company's report is uploaded as is, and columns are automatically recognized. Duplicate receipts are prevented, and unusual purchases are marked. • Damage and repair: Damage is marked piece by piece on the diagram, photos are added, and the manager is notified simultaneously. The repair process and vehicle inspection history are on the vehicle card. • Tire tracking: Which tire is mounted in which position, tread depth, tire age, estimated remaining life, and winter tire reminder. • Traffic fines: Fines are issued to the responsible party according to who was driving the vehicle that day. • Reports: Fuel, maintenance, insurance, inspection, damage, fine, and driver reports. Each report, along with a summary, carries all records in Excel and PDF formats. • Bulk export with Excel: Vehicles, insurances, inspections, and drivers come in a single file. • Collaboration: Changes made by your team member appear on your screen without refreshing the page. • Features tailored to your company: Vehicle delivery and return with QR tags, workshop work orders, and live vehicle tracking.

FOR DRIVERS

The driver only sees the vehicle they are assigned to; reports mileage, fuel, and damage, and monitors vehicle alerts. Drivers who are not logged into the application can also be assigned to a vehicle.

FOR CAR RENTAL COMPANIES

Tenant records, rental agreements, delivery and return documents, deposit, extension and delay tracking, KABIS notification assistant. Tenant identification information is stored encrypted.

INTEGRATION

Works with the Arvento vehicle tracking system: mileage, engine hours, and the last known location of the vehicle are automatically retrieved daily. A tracking device is not mandatory.
