Features & Capabilities

The FileOpen Viewer is a specialized Chrome extension designed to provide authorized users with secure access to PDF documents protected by FileOpen's document security and rights management solutions. It ensures that sensitive documents remain protected by enabling device registration and user authentication protocols.

Content owners can manage access by limiting the number of authorized devices and imposing specific controls, providing an extra layer of security for their confidential PDFs. For access support or device registration, users are advised to contact the document owner or publisher directly. This extension is ideal for organizations and individuals needing secure and controlled PDF viewing within the Chrome browser environment.
