I tried delegating a bill to DHHS that would help Native Americans get health care but they failed to implement it, recommending I take it to the DoD where I guess I was supposed to deploy troops? To give them health care? And the choices given to you for bills are so obviously good or bad. Like, let's shut down the government to save money on power, or remove windows from schools so students won't get distracted. This is probably why the text is so unreadably tiny so you make mistakes.
