I'am a subscriber of BIMA health through MILVIK app since three months. I was hospitalized for three days, and I claimed for cover bonus two times. First on 27 December 2024, second on 7th January 2025. I have submitted the necessary documents ( scanned copy of CNIC, Hospital discharged certificate etc.) I didn't receive any response from the concerned company, than I called to their customers care number for four times, but the result is zero.Now, I,am sure that this company is totally fake.

Today, I received a call and now I have text message about activation. There is no any option to deactivate the policy. That's very pathetic from Jazz.
