I just had the worst call center experience. Absolutely shocking lack of care and terrible communication. I was on the line for an hour, mostly on hold, my very small inquiry was completely ignored. I just can't believe what just happened. Figo needs to fix this issue ASAP.

The app is broken. It was usable, but now it not. It sends me in a login loop that never actually logs in: 1. Open App or website directly from 2. Enter [Email Address] and Click [Sign In] 3. Click [send Verification Code] 4. Check Email and Enter [Verification Code] 5. Click [Verify Code] 6. It says "E-mail address verified. You can now continue." 7. Click [Continue] 8. It returns to the login page and repeats the entire process indefinitely. I might be finding new insurance.
