Recent reviews

You enter your email in so they can send the verification code. You enter the code in so it takes you back to the login page. Put in your email and they offer to send you another verification code. On and on and on. Zero stars if I could.

Unable to login to the app. no option to just use password, it only allows email verification. when you verify, it says "email address verified, you may now continue" before dumping you back to the login screen. please offer a password login alternative or a website so we don't have to rely on this to submit claims. Incredibly frustrating for someone with five years of IT support experience to see a "need support?" button that just gives insurance contact info instead of app support.
