They underpay and send underqualified personnel to sites that shed a bad light on the whole industry.

2026-07-23	Ja*****	10% fee taken from the worker, from every job that is performed, taken from the payout for each job, and then sales tax is applied to that fee like they're selling me the work that is sent to me on field Nation when I don't have a choice either way. platform can be easily utilized by threat actors to perform malicious activities against companies, as the worker is the one that has to pay to use the platform.

Pretty important to be able to check into the site and stating you need to confirm. once confirmed it says you can't mark on the way because you have not confirmed!!?

Nothing could be further from the truth. Just got worse... Now you only have a 45-minute window for any job that has a start time that is not a range. That means even if the job is available between 9 and 5:00, you'll get penalized if you aren't there within 45 minutes of the posted time. app crashes constantly
