Your records are stored locally on your device. No account is required, and records or PDFs leave your device only when you choose Android sharing.

Recipes include draft nutrition and review cues so you can check labels, serving sizes, and targets with your care team. Nutrient bars are for awareness and review, not scoring or judgment.

Reminders are flexible local notifications for routines such as water, vitals, notes, doctor export prep, medication check-ins, and refills. Delivery depends on Android notification permission and device settings.
