2022-12-28	na*****	Finally got it working. I was unable to use my fidesmo wearable or the app as it repeatedly told me no activation methods available. Glad I haven't wasted £60. Ended up getting it working by removing the pre-connected wearable and readding everything from scratch. Had to hold the watch strap against the phone with the app open for about 5 minutes for some reason. To be clear I didn't hear from the support team, but it was over Christmas.
