2026-06-21	Sa*****	was great til they updated and I can't use it anymore. The app requires an update but the update isn't compatible with my phone. how about we extend our support to phones older than a year or two old?? hmm? mines only 2. Response to support: Did you even read my issue? Things don't just become obsolete in a year. I can't afford to get a new phone every two years like some. I need to use fidelity app, but now I can't and pretty much have to switch off Fidelity because I need an app that works.

My only complaint is that it inexplicably runs in the background which drains the battery on Galaxy S25 Ultra running One UI 8.5 Android 16. Device Care prompts to put app in "deep sleep". This could be catastrophic if automated setting isn't changed, for putting to sleep would prevent app updates and notifications.

2026-06-20	Lu*****	Edited my review to one star: Trying to make a payment for my fidelity credit card is broken on this app. When I select my bank account, the entire app just freezes. As of June 20th, 2026, I'm unable to see any activity on my fidelity card. It just shows a giant blank. Every update makes this app worse. What's the point of having an app if it's unusable and the UI looks bad?

2026-06-20	Ni*****	Works pretty well for the most part. A little glitchy at times. Easy to use. Convenient . My biggest issue is with the fidelity rewards card and not being able to make a cash payment at a physical branch 🙃 so I don't really use it much. too bad. Changing my experience. This app has gotten worse. So slow to come on.

2026-06-20	Le*****	Been using app for years. Message today 1/15/26 app is no longer compatible with my Android Samsung S10E. As far as I know my software is up to date. Fidelity suggested using web site instead, which works quite well. I still stand me original review for Android app. BTW I've been a Fidelity customer since the 1980s. May 2026 upgraded phone to s25 fe. still 1 star. Much faster than web site but like look and feel and design of web site so much more. Don't need fancy icons for each company.

2026-06-20	Be*****	Long time fidelity customer before smartphones and apps. I can no longer use the app because they pushed the required os and my phone is locked out. The app was convenient for me without looking on website or babysitting my desktop. Checking my account will now be annoying when it does not have to be. This is not an issue with others like robinhood. Shame.
