Mobile check deposit functionality is unreliable and frequently fails.
App often crashes or times out.
Frequently down for maintenance, leading to lack of access.

Have problems trying to deposit checks using mobile. It's terrible. I can't even take a picture of both sides of my check before it closes out.

Constantly have problems depositing checks. The app won't even take the picture most of the time. Sometimes it will take a pic of one side and close out the page before I can take the other. Then i have to start all over.
