Ma*****		 Placed an order. Order was accepted. Then the app never progressed past the 'cooking' status. We waited an hour, then went to collect our food, despite the app not telling us it was ready. Turns out it had been sitting on the counter for 20 minutes. It was cold and soggy. Even after eating the food, the app still says my order is cooking!
