I did everything but I wasn't told to put a pin, after the whole process was completed it was successfully only for me to go back to the main page and it's asking for a pin I never created. Please this needs to be resolved because it's quite frustrating

This app is total nonsense, I'm trying to reset my login pin and it's asking me to enter received pin and I didn't get any. I tried creating another account still didn't receive any pin. Very bad.

Please treat as urgent🙏.I had to download this app to pay a bill for school.I decided to continue using it when I saw that it was fast and nice but I have a problem now. I made transfer to another account about a week ago and it has been showing processing and it has not dropped either.My balance has been deducted. I have had successful transactions after that but this transaction is yet to be successful. I tried looking for a customer care line but couldn't find any. I need my money please🙏
