AquaFit Flow

AquaFit Flow is a mobile app designed for tracking aquatic exercise routines. Users can access a dashboard that provides an overview of their statistics and quick actions. AquaFit Flow includes a sessions tab where users can log and manage their swimming sessions. Each swim session can record the date and time, duration in minutes, distance covered in meters, and optionally, the location and type of swimming stroke used.

Users can set personal swim goals and track their progress over time in the goals tab. The insights tab allows users to analyze performance trends and statistics related to their swimming activities. AquaFit Flow features a bottom navigation bar for easy access to all four main tabs: Dashboard, Sessions, Goals, and Insights. Overall, AquaFit Flow helps users monitor and enhance their swimming workouts effectively.
