I love this service! I receive a lot of packages and it's nice to have the option of someone else receiving delivery and then either my being able to pick them up or have them delivered to my home at a scheduled date and time.

WORST DELIVERY SYSTEM EVER!!! My package was delivered to them over twenty four hours ago and I have yet to receive a status update at to where my package is worth over $200. You can not speak to a live person and the turn around time for their customer service is extremely slow. I have delivery confirmation photos that my package was delivered into Fetch's receiving bin and they have not provided me with a status update on where my package is at despite my multiple attempts asking!!!
