2024-10-02	Br*****	It lags and it's never up to date with recent transactions (even after updating and deleting and reinstalled) Charges to transfer money When ZELLE is FREE for instant transfers No atm near to be able to pull out money without a fee Most companies won't except it to pay bills because it's considered a prepaid card.

2024-10-01	Al*****	My employer had us switch to Ferry Pay, and at first, it was great. However, now it is nothing more than a headache. Alot of transactions are not being reflected and now my balance isn't correct either. Seems fishy to me. Not too sure if legal teams should be overseeing this company.

2024-09-30	Ji*****	App is unbelievably slow and buggy. My money hasn't gone missing or anything horrible like that. But it does take 3 minutes to load the app on a semi-regular basis, sometimes 5. Occasionally screen text will glitch or not load properly or the app will just completely auto shut down on its own. The app doesn't offer early paycheck direct deposit like other services do. Finally, what gave it 1 star is: they ask for a review every time I open the app. Well, here you go! I don't like it at all =(
