Rápido Negocios is the app that allows restaurants, pharmacies, shops, and businesses in Ascensión to receive and manage customer orders through the Rápido platform.

WHAT THE APP DOES

ORDER RECEIPT
Receive real-time notifications when a customer places an order with your business through the Rápido app.

ORDER MANAGEMENT
Accept or reject orders directly from your phone. Confirm preparation times for each order.

CATALOG MANAGEMENT
View and manage your product catalog. Activate or deactivate products based on availability.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Order Notification
Receive an alert when a customer places an order. The app displays the requested products.

2. Review and Confirm
Review the complete order. Accept or reject it based on product availability. If you accept, indicate the estimated preparation time.

3. Prepare Order
Prepare the requested products according to the list in the app.

4. Ready for Pickup
Mark the order as "Ready" in the app. The system notifies the delivery driver to pick it up.

5. Delivery Complete
The delivery driver picks up and delivers the order to the customer. The order is automatically marked as completed.

Commission Model
Minimum fixed commission per product sold, based on the product's price range.

Payments
Payments are processed daily. The amount is deposited into your registered account.
