2025-01-27	Th*****	EKG Updater app sucks. The app failed to update then says there is an update available which you can't access. WIFI capability is why I bought the Staff EKG Pro. Without a functioning app it's pointless.

Please address the firmware updating soon issue for the app specifically designed for updating the firmware for your premier kettle. Thanks.

Unfortunately I have to agree with other reviewers and report that this app does not seem to do anything other than create an unreliable and useless connection between phone and kettle base. The main function, updating firmware on the kettle, does not seem to work at all. It does either state "Updating" endlessly or "Updating Soon", which should apparently be "Update available, but not via this app".

2024-06-06	Jo*****	It will not connect to the Stagg EKG Pro. I tried several times and also tried from a tablet. The Stagg EKG Pro will not connect to my WiFi. Also, the app doesn't tell the keyboard that it is entering a password so the spell checker is active and processing your password.
