As party fun or as a way to make yourself heard (for dry comments or if you have a speech impediment): the cell phone speaks up.
speak! uses the Android text-to-speech feature to output an entered text spoken (in German) - with addable sound effects. The last five terms are kept in a list, and up to five terms can be assigned to shortcut keys.
Starting with Android version 5.0, the voice used can be selected from among the voices available on the device.
