This game is designed to get you to spend money. Production buildings are throttled by needing "heroes" to have more than one worker in a building. Of course, each building requires a different hero. How do you get heroes? From loot boxes, with hero cards randomly drawn. Sure, you get one free loot box every 8 hours. If you want more than that, you have to watch ads (again, once in eight hours) or buy with in-game or real currency. It was entertaining for the first city, but that's it.

I really enjoy this game but I gave 2 stars because of the following reason. I have been trying to get at least 1 hero but I never get it, while all my other heroes are lvl 20-30. with a 5% chance you'd think you get the card after 100 times but no. edit: it's been a year and i still don't have the hero i need which is honestly more impressive than getting it first try. i still can't progress though because of this 1 hero so i have no choice but to start playing some other game
