after the first week of owning a brand new jeep Avenger through mobility the app worked flawlessly, now it doesn't even work, can't unlock, set climate or see the % of charge while it's charging.

No features without a ridiculous subscription. Only "safety" but nothing useful. Just another cash grab. How much would it cost to simply display the battery percentage without a subscription? I bet the car is still sending "diagnostic" info for Stellantis.
