Every time something clears my account, I get a notification that someone has accessed my account successfully. Why?

Wonderful bank, app is lack luster. Despite logging in multiple times a month, you have to log in at least once a month to keep active, the app errors out every 3 months. Even going to the online version yields same result. This forces user to go in bank or wait a month for the app to "forget" credentials. I don't mind the basic functions of the app, I just wish it was more user friendly and would stop crashing! No amount of uninstall/install helps! So frustrating!

App regularly resets my security settings and locks me out forcing me to call the bank and reset the password. This has happened at least once every 3 months since this bank took over CNB.

I love the app. It's easy to use and transfer from one account to the other. Nothing but a good experience with the mobil app.

Very basic app, annoying features. Can't even log on half the time due to "error" Came back to edit- this is the best bank in the world but they have the absolute worst app. The verification code for every thing is annoying. Bring back the security questions!

99% perfect. There needs to be an after hours phone number to call in case of an emergency. There are accidents everyday where people loose their belongings. Car accidents. home fires, burglaries robberies where identities are stolen, murders etc. Where a hold can be placed, a password needs to be changed or replaced in case of trauma memory loss dementia any case senerio. Our young generation forgets that most elderly people do not have the knowledge to use a computer nor smart phone.

Why can I not transfer funds? Why can't I not accept transferring funds? Why do the features on this mobile app NOT WORK!! Should hire yourself better data application manager, the one you currently have is not as qualified as they claimed. 😁

I am constantly having to uninstall and install this app to try to get it to work. The customer service line is worthless because it goes directly to the bank. If the bank is closed or busy there is no customer service. The app hasn't worked for me for over a month. It will not open no matter how many time I uninstall and install. There aren't even any updates available.

App refuses to open. No updates available uninstalled and re-installed the app. No use. Looks like I'll close my account and move to another bank.

Bank and people are good to work with. App has limited capabilities compared to other banking apps I use. Can't transfer funds from other banks to mine at Freedom. Inconvenient to transfer funds from other banks to savings at Freedom.
