| 2024-06-16 |  | | Wonderful bank, app is lack luster. Despite logging in multiple times a month, you have to log in at least once a month to keep active, the app errors out every 3 months. Even going to the online version yields same result. This forces user to go in bank or wait a month for the app to "forget" credentials. I don't mind the basic functions of the app, I just wish it was more user friendly and would stop crashing! No amount of uninstall/install helps! So frustrating! |

| 2022-04-13 |  | | 99% perfect. There needs to be an after hours phone number to call in case of an emergency. There are accidents everyday where people loose their belongings. Car accidents. home fires, burglaries robberies where identities are stolen, murders etc. Where a hold can be placed, a password needs to be changed or replaced in case of trauma memory loss dementia any case senerio. Our young generation forgets that most elderly people do not have the knowledge to use a computer nor smart phone. |

| 2022-02-24 |  | | I am constantly having to uninstall and install this app to try to get it to work. The customer service line is worthless because it goes directly to the bank. If the bank is closed or busy there is no customer service. The app hasn't worked for me for over a month. It will not open no matter how many time I uninstall and install. There aren't even any updates available. |
