Microplan

The product allows a customer who has accessed a loan from Microplan in the past to top up their running facility digitally without physically visiting the branch.
For clients with running loans, the top up window or opportunity is triggered when the client has paid at least 2 loan instalments, and one or more of the following conditions are satisfied:
*Client’s running loan had not exhausted their credit limit.
*Revision of business operating conditions by Microplan.
*Increase in client’s salary.
*There is a change is government\employer policy e.g. tax brackets, allowance structure.
