I REALLY enjoy this game, but never once have I ever managed to claim any upgrades via ad watching. anytime I try, google play ads become impossible to get out of and i have to restart the game, losing out on the upgrades. IF this wasn't an issue, I would have rated this higher.

To progress or have a chance to beat later stages, you MUST watch ads. The ads are EXTREMELY LONG. Some ads finish, then restart. Eventually, you end up watching ads more than playing the game. If the developers would shorten the ads play time, I would change my star rating and reinstall this game. The game is addictive and I did enjoy playing it.
