update. i need to add a new cars and it wont let me. customer service has been unresponsive for a week. i cant even use the credit i have on the app. do better. customer service is not very reliable. installed the update and it removed my debit card. now i can't add it back

I've used this app and it was working fine then a few weeks ago it stopped. ot has my earned money. no one answers the phone. the email came back as undeliverable. I would not risk using it at this point. this is incredibly upsetting as I was saving up for summer fun things to do.
