Fast Ambulance is a simple and easy-to-use mobile platform that helps people find and book nearby ambulance services and connect with verified Doctors in one app. The platform is designed to keep the experience smooth and organised, with a structured approval system managed by the admin team.

How the App Works:
Fast Ambulance includes three types of login access: User, Driver, and Doctor.

User Access:

Users can quickly sign up using secure OTP login, find nearby ambulances easily, book in just a few steps, choose a doctor during booking if needed. User can also manage their profile, can view their bookings smoothly from a simple dashboard.

Driver Access:

Drivers can create an account using sign-up and login process by submitting their basic information and required details. After registration, the driver profile is reviewed and approved by the admin team. Once approved, the admin assigns an ambulance to the driver, and the account becomes active for accepting and managing bookings inside the app. Drivers have also option to on OR off their duties through toggle button.

Doctor Access:

Doctors can create an account using signup and login process by submitting their basic details. After registration, the doctor profile is reviewed and approved by the admin team before it becomes active in the app. When users book an ambulance, they also have the option to add a doctor to the booking if medical assistance is needed, Then the same request move to the nearby Doctor to accept it. And they will also get the location map to reach to ambulance.

Admin Verification Process:

For safety and reliability, Driver and Doctor accounts are not activated instantly. Every application goes through an admin approval process before the profile becomes visible or active inside the app.
