Cons: recurring per-order charges and non-refundable fees, weak customer support (AI chat and slow humans), higher prices than rivals, Genius benefits not honored, and occasional refunds/money problems. Overall, the UX and catalog are solid, but pricing transparency and support quality need improvement.
