FarmMind: Quản lý trang trại

FarmMind is a mobile farm logbook for livestock and aquaculture farmers. Everyone on the farm records information, and the owner can see the farm's status instantly. The app is free and ad-free.

RECORD ALL FARM ACTIVITIES
• Livestock by individual animal or by herd, batch, or pond lot. Automatically calculate the number of animals from stocking, selling, dying, and moving to new pens.

• Pens, rows, ponds, cages: Know what is being raised in each area and how much is still available.

• Feeding: Record feeding times, automatically deduct feed stock, and view feed conversion ratio (FCR).

• Drinking water: Record water levels from pen meters; pond water quality (pH, oxygen, temperature, etc.) with customizable thresholds.

• Weighing, photos of animals, and notes. Scan QR codes or ear tags to quickly access animal records.

VACCINATION AND VETERINARY CARE

• Record vaccinations for a single animal or the entire herd, and schedule the next booster shot.

• Record cases, medications used, and results; the app counts the days until medication is discontinued before sale.

• Send a link to view cases to the veterinarian (photo, symptoms, vaccination history); the link automatically expires.

INVENTORY AND EXPENSES

• Inventory of feed, medications, vaccines, and chemicals by batch.

• Farm's income and expenditure ledger; money from purchasing and selling livestock is automatically recorded from purchase and sales slips.

DAILY TASKS FOR THE ENTIRE FARM

• Repeated task list by day, weekday, or every few days.

• Tasks are completed with a single tap; the farm owner knows who has completed the task and which pens are still missing.

• Task reminders and vaccination reminders sent to your phone.

AN ASSISTANT WHO UNDERSTANDS YOUR FARM

• Ask in Vietnamese: "How much feed did the L01 herd eat last week?", "Which herd is due for vaccination?", "Will it rain tomorrow?".

• Send photos, PDF files, or old Excel spreadsheets for the assistant to read and input data.

• The assistant will only record data in the spreadsheet when you click "Agree." Information found online will always include a source.

• The AI's answers may be incorrect. If you see an incorrect or inappropriate answer, click "Report" below it.

WEIGHT BY FARM LOCATION
• Forecast rain, sunshine, and temperature for your specific farm location, directly on the Homepage.

MULTIPLE USERS, MULTIPLE FARMERS

Invite workers to your farm via email. One person can belong to multiple farms.

Transfer farm ownership or delete accounts directly within the app.

Declare livestock data using the provided template, and preview data for each period to ensure timely submission.
