The customer has a privileged channel to contact the pharmacist, sending him text messages, photographs and files to share his own recipe, ask for information and be suggested alternative products.

The pharmacist can send push notifications on the customer's application to inform them about news and promotions.

Recipe management:
A single point to offer pharmacy customers a complete service to manage all types of recipes from electronic to galenic, white or red ones. Just enter the recipe parameters in the appropriate fields or take a photo to send it to the pharmacist.

Booking services and rentals:
Organizing your time is essential for the customer, so with the Farmakom APP you can book the day and time of the services provided by the pharmacy, checking their availability.

An area is also provided to book the products available for hire so that the customer can add them directly to the cart, pay online and collect them at the pharmacy.

Click & Collect and eCommerce:
The Farmakom APP integrates with the pharmacy management system to allow both product booking and direct online sales.

The customer will have the possibility to know in real time the availability of a product by deciding whether to buy it or go to the pharmacy for collection.
