Features & Capabilities

Farmlog is developed under IRRI's - International Rice Research Institute, Carbon Off-setting Rice Emissions (CORE) project funded by The German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ)

Android version 10 & above is required for FarmLog App. The App is available in English, Hindi & Telugu language. Farm plot images with geolocation and time stamps are collected & uploaded to central location.

The Farmer is shown previous geolocation of his/her farm plots to him to ensure subsequent farm plot images are recorded within a specific buffer radius of previous data collection.

In the 'Irrigation Schedule' section, FarmLog Android app has the capabilities to collect field data and images in offline mode and thereafter auto-sync to central server once internet connection is available.

Multiple data recordings are done throughout a season.
