FantaTravel is a fantasy game for groups of traveling friends, similar to fantasy football but applied to vacations.
How it works:
🧳 Travelers - Physically participate in the trip and earn points based on:
Fun actions (using chopsticks perfectly, selfies with locals)
Culinary challenges (eating extreme food, trying unfamiliar dishes)
Embarrassing incidents (diarrhea, getting lost, falling in front of tourists)
Customizable bonuses/maluses by destination
🏆 Players - Create virtual teams by choosing travelers and compete against each other:
They form a team with half the travelers
They nominate a captain (double points)
They bet on "Special Categories" (e.g., "Who will have the stomach of steel?")
They win based on their team's total points
📱 The app manages:
Trip creation and invitations (links for travelers/players)

Final post-trip review
