Fanno

Started really great and plummeted downhill now. Last two items not delivered, get a templated "48h to investigate" message even though tracking shows not delivered they default to "it's been 14 days so we assume it's delivered" so they play for time then start ghosting in support. Really promising start, had some real bargains and pretty good service early on, now after reporting misleading prices and two orders not arriving going to give up on fanno sadly. Shame I did like it before.

Very cheap good products and customer service although you have to make up your mind on what products you want becuz they have so many varieties to one product. they also have to work on their return scheme. In the end very nice.
