2026-07-12	He*****	I just now had a bad experience with Fanatics for fraudulently advertising a product for a lower price when added to the cart. Unfortunately when adding the item to the cart the price remains the same which is misleading to customers. I asked for a promotional code with the hope that they would honor the advertised promotion, but was only offered an apology. Terrible customer service. BBB will receive a report for this bad experience.

2026-07-10	Vi*****	Hands down the most undescribable experience with a store shopping online in my life. Daughter got me a gift card for Father's Day.\n Sent me the wrong hat. Got ahold of them sent me the wrong hat again.As a matter of fact, the exact same wrong hat, talk to numerous of of different employees at fanatics promised me over and over.They would send me the right hat completely lied to me.Still haven't received the right hat.Just a utterly terrible experience. don't order from them

2026-07-08	Br*****	cancel your order within 30 minutes, they are too incompetent to cancel after this time frame. either that or they are betting you won't go through the trouble to return it and steal your money. either way sounds like a company that doesn't deserve our business.

2026-07-03	Ja*****	Won't let me see anything, been making purchases and now I try to buy something or even look at orders I'm still waiting on and it tells me UNFORTUNATELY THERE'S A PROBLEM LOGGING YOU IN....etc. Tried their customer service and I never get to a live agent so it has gone unfixed. Was good for a while now it feels SCAMMISH!!!
