MyFallon member portal

MyFallon is the secure member portal for Fallon Health members. By logging on to the portal, members have access to tools to manage their plan.

With MyFallon, members can:
- Change or select a primary care provider (PCP).
- View and order member ID cards. Or, print temporary ID cards.
- Check authorization status.
- View deductibles.
- Read benefit documents, claims statements, and letters.
- Contact Customer Service using a secure online form.
