2026-07-02	Sa*****	I have issues with linking my Google account. Wrote an email and got answered with instructions I already had. Since then, no more support to my issue was given, so I cannot use it. Given the nature of the app, the support should be quite prompt, not taking weeks to reply. Very disappointed.

2026-06-01	Ch*****	Keine 24-Stunden-Tickets trotz Werbung zu günstigsten Tarifen. Die Obergrenze liegt laut Support bei 28,90 EUR anstatt bei 7,60 EUR hier im Stadtgebiet. Damit ist Swipe-and-Go Geschichte und ich muss doch wieder selbst rechnen und schauen ob es nicht bessere Alternativen gibt. 3 Sterne weil die Differenz ausnahmsweise gutgeschrieben wurde.
