I paid nearly $200 for an annual subscription but was unable to load anything into the app. For several months, the app wouldn't save anything I tried to upload to my account. I emailed the addressed they listed as their help email but never received any response. What a complete waste of money and time for an unusable app!

I have been trying to unsubscribe to this app as it is expensive and not what I hoped it would be. There seems to be no way to opt out. They are trying to take £179 from my bank which I have blocked. Can anyone help?
