2024-01-25	Wi*****	straight up doesn't work on Android - crashes all the time - basic functionality like listening to an earnings call audio will crash - factset rep said it's a super complex issue to fix - this is supposedly a tech company that can't figure out how to play an MP3 without the app crashing? and now for months I can't get past the splash screen on my phone - app won't even open. pathetic product for a license that costs thousands of dollars.
