2025-02-01	Su*****	Pathetic app and pathetic shopping experience. I mean you are probably well aware that you might not get repeat customers so why let their money go. The return option prompts for selecting the source for refund with ONLY 1 option ie STORE CREDIT. I initially tried exchanging my item but then the options seemed limited and it did not let you have full image, details of the item. How is one supposed to opt an exchange looking at a thumbnail. Need to change such business tactic.

2024-10-10	Ta*****	They cheat their customers by sending cheap quality products. I bought a trouser whose mrp was rs 3795. And they sent me a cheaper product of mrp rs 2995. The quality is so low. My event got ruined due to their shameless business manner. I have mailed several times and texted in WhatsApp. No solution has been provided.

2024-09-10	DR*****	i thought this is a brand. but i was terribly mistaken coz these people are thugs. it too so much of time for me to search for return / exchange on app and website. there were no options. finally when i mailed i got a reply that i should wait for 3 days to process. i kept on waiting and mailed again. then they said 7 days are over so you can neither return the product nor exchange it

2024-07-10	Ko*****	There refund system is pathetic !!! I mean it. If you do buy from them keep in mind that you don't return your product otherwise your refund will be stuck. There customer service number is always busy so no use of that as well. Never buying from them again. Myntra and amazon are very quick and efficient prefer those over this.
