Rubbish app. Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall as app regularly stops working. Only using it because I have to, to book.

I love F45 and I'm really disappointed that the at home workouts haven't changed for almost a year. The at home workouts are best for my lifestyle. It may be time to move on.
