User Reviews

The app is generally easy to use with quick, smooth search and booking flows and is positively received for usability. However, multiple reviews highlight a lack of English language support, making it hard for non-Chinese users. Pricing concerns also recur, including price differences versus competitors and occasional price increases. Additional drawbacks include regional restrictions and payment limitations when using the app outside Taiwan. Overall, usability is strong, but language accessibility, pricing transparency, and regional constraints are the main pain points.

Pros

Easy to use and user-friendly interface
Smooth and quick search and booking process
Generally reliable performance with straightforward navigation

Cons

No English option / language barrier for non-Chinese users
Pricing fairness concerns: price differences versus competitors and occasional price increases during bookings
Geographic/timezone and payment limitations: Taiwan-time zone requirement, no foreign discounts, and no foreign credit cards accepted
