2024-12-08	Su*****	•App no longer gives audible or tactile notifications for sub requests on Android like last year. Subs are required to visually babysit app 24/7 for a tiny bubble to appear on the app icon. •Got a smartwatch. No EZ School app for it. •Not all users receive the notifications at the same time. Not sure if this is a cell provider issue or Android vs iPhone. •Unable to select "Sound Enabled" on the Mobile App Notifications" in the Sub Alerts tab even after multiple app un/reinstalls.

It would be nice if we could block out dates on the app so I don't have to toggle back and forth between this and my personal calendar when a date comes up. Often by the time I figured out if I'm available or not the day has been taken by another sub.

2023-12-05	An*****	UPDATE (12-5-23): The 2.1 update seems to fix the notification issue. If the update isn't listed, uninstall and reinstall the app. For this reason, and due to how quickly support was able to get the issue fixed (about a week after emailing them), I've decided to update my rating to 4 stars. App worked well up until about 2 months ago when I stopped receiving notifications for assignments. Reached out to support and let them know of the issue but can't give above 1 star until the issue is fixed.
